Nobody with any real training is history would belief this so called "research" because it's badly written, badly researched and both misquotes and is highly selective of its resources. Just because it was published during the inter-war period does not make it valid (i.e. just because it was written before most of the teenagers who swallow this crap where born doesn't make it true).
Crap on the internet isn't some secret truth waiting to be found. For example, I can find someone claiming that earth is flat (like here: http://www.lhup.edu/~dsimanek/fe-scidi.htm) Does this mean they are right? Is it a conspiracy to withhold the truth? Has all the evidence been faked!?! Is the earth really flat!?!? Has it gone down the memory hole!?!?! No! They use the same dodgy methods as a Birinyi to try and fool both themselves and the gullible. Like revisionists they think wishful thinking will somehow make the earth flat. You guys are the historical flat earther's.
The shite produced by the likes of Birinyi is NOT "history", just a record of the stupid things people can believe. If you want real history, learn to read, go to college and talk to real historians.
