I need some opinions on this. We got on the subject of 1984 in my english class, and people started talking about how winston died at the end of the book ("the long hoped for bullet was entering his brain")but i thought it was blatently obvious that he did not die at the end of the book. It was a "dream" he was having in the cafe, something he was yearning for. I was just wondering....
