That's what I thought. I even did a text search on the entire book (it's online)
That is interesting, because many people who oppose National ID Cards use "It would lead to a 1984 Big Brotherish world".
It's odd that the book cited as explaining the problems of a National ID, does NOT use a National ID (!)
