hey, how do you know that guy's american? and by the way, i'm an american and i'm visiting this site, and i do give two hoots and more about george orwell. don't stereotype americans that way. yes, i agree, some of us can be real asses and not care about history and literature, but i'm not one of them and i can probably name you many more who aren't either.
